Support for clinical studies

Since 2009 PMT clinic has been offering support for clinical studies consisting of their evaluation on our MR scanner Siemens Essenza 1.5 T.

Type of clinical evaluations

At our clinic there has been, and there continues to be, successful support for several studies in the field of neurology and orthopaedics.

Personnel ensuring

Members of the team have been trained in good clinical practice (GCP), and the processing and entering of data in electronic databases etc. Naturally they have foreign language skills and the ability to communicate with workers of cooperating organisations abroad and to participate in teleconferences and telephone training sessions.

Technical equipment and infrastructure

For its activity the PMT clinic has at its disposal specially and designated and equipped premises and it utilises the cutting edge technical infrastructure of its own medical facility (connected computer network, possibility of sending graphic material via PACS system, receipt and sending of faxes in digital form, digital telephone exchange with call records). The reception’s working hours (7 am to 10 pm) allow easy cooperation and availability for various courier companies.

Contractual ensuring and contact

PRIME MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES s.r.o. comments flexibly on all standard forms for contracts of sponsors for cooperation between the sponsor and the medical facility. MUDr. Petr Latner, MBA (latner@pmtbrno.cz, tel.: 602 535 343) deals with correspondence and comments on contracts concerning this cooperation and questions about the phases of feasibility of the clinical examinations.
